How do I book a lab test at home?
Use the Book your test form on the homepage, browse Tests, or chat on WhatsApp. After login you can pay online or choose cash on visit.
Which cities do you serve?
We currently offer home sample collection in Pune and nearby areas in Maharashtra. Enter your pincode in the header to confirm service availability.
Collection
Do I need to fast before my test?
Fasting is required only for specific tests (e.g. glucose, lipid profile). Check the test description or our offer banners for package-specific instructions.
Payment
What payment methods are accepted?
Online payment via UPI/card/net banking (Razorpay) or cash when the phlebotomist visits.
Prescription
Can I upload a doctor prescription?
Yes. Tick "I have a doctor's prescription" in the booking form and attach your file. Our team reviews it and helps you book the right tests.
Reports
How will I receive my report?
Reports are delivered digitally. You can download them from your dashboard after processing. WhatsApp notification is sent when your report is ready.
